• Swaen Munich Dark Malt 10 lb

Swaen Munich Dark Malt (8 Lovibond) Munich malts are one of the best ways to get a rich, dark, and malty component in your homebrews. This malt takes that concept and adds a bit more color as well while still having most of the properties you've come to expect when brewing with Munich malts. Kilned to 8 Lovibond, this deep orange/straw colored malt makes for a beautiful addition to brews such as Oktoberfest or Mrzens. Remember, while this malt can be used as a base malt, it does have a low diastatic power and is better suited to be used along another base malt such as 2-row.
