  • HEAVY TOAST - Heavy Toast is a high temperature roast that adds notes of smoke, toasted bread and dark chocolate to a beer or wine. All of the oak flavor is fully extracted after one use, and wont add flavor to future fermentations
  • BARREL AGED FLAVOR - Our Craft A Brew French Oak Infusion Spirals add a sweet bouquet with warm vanilla overtones. French Oak will be milder in flavor and aroma than American Oak, which is bolder.
  • HOW TO USE - French Oak spirals can be snapped into smaller lengths as needed. Place the oak infusion spiral directly into your beer or wine. The oak flavor in charred oak spirals is fully extracted in 6 weeks. You can remove the oak from the fermenter earlier for milder oak contribution and flavor. 1 small spiral treats 1 gallon and 1 large spiral treats 3 gallons.
